Labsphere continues to set the pace in the industry with its CSLMS Spectral Lamp Measurement Systems, which provide total spectral flux solutions. Featuring our high-end spectrometers and LightMtrX® Software, combined with our light measurement spheres and lamp standards, CSLMS Spectral Lamp Measurement Systems are the optimum choice for spectral flux measurements. The heart of these systems is either the CDS 1100 or CDS 2100 Spectrometer coupled with Labsphere's application based software. The base design of these spectrometers is the proven Crossed Czerny-Turner spectrograph with a top-of-the-line thermal electrically cooled back thinned illuminated CCD detector designed for highly efficient stray-light rejection. Carrying over the best features of our industry proven spectrometers while addressing today's industries needs, these spectral engines include user activated integrated shutters for real-time dark correction and intuitive software modules for research, development and production.

Systems are available with sphere sizes ranging from 10 to 76 inches in diameter to accommodate various device types and sizes. The systems can be expanded to include an auxiliary lamp for the correction of absorption error to ensure accurate test results. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable total spectral flux standards enable simple in-house system calibration and verification. The CSLMS Spectral Lamp Measurement Systems are easily customized through a variety of interchangeable light measurement accessories.

LIGHT MEASUREMENT INTEGRATING SPHERE DESIGN

The CSLMS light measurement integrating spheres have a latch-free clamshell design for easy access to the device under test (DUT). The base portion admits additional cables for assembled fixtures while the external port provides for a unobstructed positioning of board mounted or heat-sinked devices for forward flux and partial flux measurements. A telescopic lamp mount can be repositioned with a quick twist for base up, base down or horizontal lamp positioning. Exchangeable baffles give optimal detector screening efficiency while quick connect internal and external electrical contacts allow for effortless substitution between devices under test.

The interiors of the integrating spheres are coated with Spectraflect® Diffuse Reflectance Coating which combines a 98% reflective surface with nearly perfect Lambertian reflectance. Both durable and highly stable, Spectraflect® provides consistent integration of light over the lifetime of your sphere.

EASY TO USE

All CSLMS Spectral Measurement Systems combine intuitive operating software with high-speed hardware to simplify complex measurements. The coupling of application specific software with a CCD-based spectrometer (wavelength ranges 250-850 nm or 350-1050), integrating sphere and cosine receiver makes it possible to collect total spectral flux, luminous flux, radiometric flux and colorimetric data in milliseconds.
