The XSLMS System combines Labsphere's intuitive software with high-speed hardware to simplify complex LED and SSL Measurements. Sphere diameters for the systems range from 10 inches to 3 meters and are available in either Labsphere's full or HalfMoon integrating sphere assemblies, with a choice between four high performance 9800 series CCD-based spectrometers. A variety of interchangeable light measurement accessories are available to customize your system to meet specific measurement requirements.

The integrating spheres are coated with Labsphere's Spectraflect® High Reflectance Coating for a nearly Lambertian sphere interior. The 9800 Series Spectrometers provide a wide dynamic range for a variety of total flux measurement needs and feature a 20% lower stray light effect compared to other spectrometers. Labsphere's intuitive Windows-based LightMtrX® Software guides users through testing, providing straightforward procedures and repeatable results to meet specific needs.

The XSLMS Series Systems are available in a choice of 4 spectrometer wavelength ranges to give you flexibility in choosing a system that’s just right for your application.

  • Suitable for UV and quantum efficiency evaluation due to 1/5 lower stray light effect compared to conventional spectrometers
  • Exposure time range 5 msec to 20 sec (option: 5 msec to 65 sec) covers various measurement needs, including extremely low light, high speed and production line
