Alucore Reflectance Targets are made from diffuse reflectance PTFE material, which provides nearly ideal diffuse lambertian reflectance over the wavelength range from 250 to 2500 nm. The material is thermally stable from -50°C to 250°C, chemically inert and is resistant to water and most solvents.
Alucore Targets provide a perfect alternative to traditional Labsphere Spectralon® Reflectance Targets. These targets are the ideal choice for both laboratory and field applications because they are lightweight and can withstand harsh environments for long exposure periods. Download Datasheet
RUGGED DESIGN
Alucore Targets are constructed of a 1 mm to 2 mm thick Spectralon® panel laminated to a 10 mm thick aluminum honeycomb structured plate that serves as a solid, but lightweight backing. Targets can be made to any size and combination of white or gray scale reflectances. The laminating technique allows for multiple reflectances in one target with no visible seams. The aluminum backing can be drilled for attachment to a variety of mounting devices.
Alucore Targets can withstand harsh environmental conditions such as UV radiation, rain and even snow without losing their reflective and high lambertian properties.

Calibration Options
SG 3410 Calibration from 250 to 2500 nm in 50 nm steps
Calibrations are performed in our state-of-the-art calibration laboratory with data traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). All 40 x 40 inch (100 x 100 cm) targets are provided with a sturdy, metal transport/carrying case and a 2 x 2 inch calibrated reference target for ease of recalibration.
