Posts, Post Mounts & Bases

Labsphere's Integrating Spheres are equipped with a boss mount, compatible with a standard size threaded mounting post or fastener. Mounting posts and base assemblies are available in various lengths, with either English (1/4-20) or Metric (M6) threads.

Posts slide into the sleeve of an optional base or post holder, which provides adjustable sphere height. Post holders are designed for mounting on an optical bench, while sphere bases are freestanding.
