illumia® Pro2 LED Characterization Systems
Simultaneous thermal, optical, and electrical characterization of LEDs.
Accurately test for thermal variances at the junction which can affect an LED’s performance in terms of color, output, life expectancy, luminous efficacy, and linearity performance. Labsphere’s illumia®Pro2 systems allow users to test for thermal variances of the device under test quickly and accurately.

illumia®Pro2 LED characterization systems are available in sizes from 50 cm to 2 m. Each system includes a thermoelectric cooling stage, calibration lamp power supplies, and spectrometer with a spectral range of 350 – 1050 nm and wavelength accuracy of <+/- 0.3 nm.

Improve Productivity
Simplify testing in your laboratory and improve productivity with an illumiaPro2 system. Each system offers a high dynamic range for spectral radiant flux measurements which allows a single sphere to measure a variety of levels. All of our illumiaPro2 systems conform to national standard measurement geometries and include NIST traceable spectral radiant flux standards so you will minimize external third-party testing and move quickly from prototype to proven performance.

Automated Thermal, Optical, and Electrical Characterization
Integral® software allows users to measure the optical and thermal characteristics of various LEDs and arrays quickly, accurately, and simultaneously. Each system includes a thermoelectric cooling stage for temperature control and monitoring. When the TEC stage is combined with our trigger enabled spectrometer, Integral® software, and a Keithley® 2400 series SourceMeters® (sold separately to meet your specific needs), the illumiaPro2 enables full current, voltage, and temperature sweeping – reporting luminous flux at your required intervals.
