UV3000S Automated Sample Stage

The Automated Sample Stage for the UV3000S is designed for repetitive, high-volume applications, enhancing efficiency and precision in sample testing. The stage is powered and controlled through the five-pin interface on the front of the UV3000S instrument baseplate and attaches to the instrument using two over-center draw latches, similar to the manual stage. 

Unlike the manual stage, which relies on mechanical measurement templates, the Automated Sample Stage utilizes virtual templates within the UV3000S software. The software directs the automated stage to move to specific PMMA plate test locations as per the test method requirements, instructing the instrument to execute a scan at each location before proceeding to the next.
