Labsphere is a recognized leader in traceable reference sources. Our ReaLité (pr. ray-ah-lee-tay) platform is engineered for spectral matching of displays for AR waveguides and imaging colorimeter characterization and correction.
Reducing Measurement Error with Precision Peak Matching and Spectral Stability
Precise spectral matching between ReaLité and the AR light engine mitigates the slope errors inherent in standard colorimeter filters. By combining best-fit alignment with exceptional wavelength stability, ReaLité ensures that spectral mismatch correction methods remain valid, delivering accurate performance data for narrowband laser and microLED devices.
The ReaLité platform is engineered to operate seamlessly in the lab as well as in an ATS (Automated Test System). Commissioning software provides an intuitive setup, while a universal command interface allows scripting of specific set points for testing sequences that can be programmed for your unique applications, tests, and characterization requirements.
With Labsphere’s proprietary diffuse reflectance material, Spectralon®, screened and binned LED sources, and thermally-controlled light engines, long-term repeatability and reproducibility are ensured. While our integrated spectral radiance monitoring provides system performance and health feedback, an internal reference standard enables system recharacterization and performance optimization over the life of the product.
